These terms apply when you use aivantagency.com.au or buy services from AIvant Agency. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide AI chatbots, AI voice agents, custom AI agents and related automation services. What is included is set out in the package you choose or in the written quote we give you. Delivery times start once we have your payment and the information we need.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any GST that applies will be shown at checkout or on your invoice. Package payments are made at checkout. Custom projects are quoted in writing and payment terms are set out in the quote.

Your input

You agree to give us accurate information, the access we need and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect delivery times. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any material or data you give us.

Third-party platforms and ongoing costs

Many AI services rely on third-party platforms, such as AI models, telephony, automation tools and your existing software. These remain subject to their own terms, and any usage or subscription charges are billed separately. Compatibility with your systems depends on what those systems support and is confirmed for each project.

Ownership of delivered work

Once you have paid in full, you own the custom work we deliver for you. Third-party platforms and software remain under their own terms. We may reuse our general know-how, methods and experience, but never material specific to your business.

Demos and examples

Demos and workflows on our website are illustrative examples. Your solution will be configured for your business, and features depend on your systems and chosen package.

Refunds

Because our services are tailored and work begins soon after ordering, refunds are assessed case by case. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
